The five fulfilment charges that don’t appear on the rate card
The charges 3PLs put in the contract rather than the price list, and the five questions that flush them out before you sign.
Company news
Invoices, verification, payment confirmations and messaging, in one secure place. Every Angler client now gets an account.

Short answer: every Angler Fulfilment client has an account on the client portal at portal.anglerfulfilment.co.uk. It holds onboarding and verification, itemised invoices and payment confirmation, numbered message tickets with up to 10 attachments each, and the Terms you sign with us. It runs in the EU, with two-factor sign-in and virus-scanned uploads. It does not show stock levels or manage orders.
Until now, working with us meant email. Invoices arrived as attachments, onboarding documents went back and forth in threads, and if you wanted to know whether a payment had landed, you asked and waited for a reply. That worked at ten clients. It does not scale honestly past that, so we built a portal.
portal.anglerfulfilment.co.uk is live for every client. It is not a marketing feature; it is where the paperwork side of your fulfilment now happens.
The portal runs on EU infrastructure with the database, files and backups all held in the EU. Sign-in supports two-factor authentication, which is optional for clients and required for every Angler staff account. Every file upload is malware-scanned before it appears, and every data change and sign-in is written to a tamper-evident audit log. Backups run nightly, and a full restore from them has been tested rather than assumed to work. None of this is visible on a good day, which is rather the point.
Registration is invitation-only: every account is created with a key we issue during onboarding, so nobody outside your team ends up inside your data.
Existing clients: you have an invitation in your inbox already; if it has expired, reply to it or message us and we will send a fresh one. New clients get portal access as part of onboarding, on day one, before the first carton arrives.
Something in the portal that does not behave, or a feature you wish it had? Tell us. It was built for you, and the roadmap is driven by what clients actually ask for, not what looks good in a screenshot.
