Your platform?+160 MORE VIA OUR OMS

Running WooCommerce, Magento, Wix or a custom store? Our order management system connects to more channels than the six shown. Tell us yours and we'll confirm it on your quote.

Carriers

Your labels or ours

Use our carrier rates

We ship on negotiated Royal Mail, Evri and DPD accounts and pass the rates through with a small handling margin, usually cheaper than what you pay on your own account, all on one invoice.

Bring your own accounts

Happy with your carriers? Keep them. Your system sends us the labels, or you upload them in your client portal, and we print, pack and hand parcels over for a flat 40p handling fee. Flexibility the big platforms won't give a small account.

How an order moves

From the order landing to the tracking reaching your customer

An integration is not really about logos. It is about an order arriving from your shop and nobody having to retype it. Here is the whole route, which is the same whichever channel the order came from.

1

The order lands on your channel

It is pulled into our order management system on its own. Nobody rekeys it and there is no spreadsheet in the middle, which is where the wrong address and the wrong quantity usually come from.

2

It joins the day’s pick list

Orders in before the 2pm working-day cut-off go out the same day. Later ones go out the next working day, and Saturday has its own 1pm cut-off.

3

It is picked against the barcode

Every unit is scanned, so what goes in the parcel is what was on the order rather than what looked like it on the shelf.

4

The label is generated

On our carrier rates or on your own account, whichever you chose above. Nothing changes in the picking either way.

5

Tracking syncs back

It returns to the channel the order came from and your customer is notified automatically. You do not paste tracking numbers anywhere.

6

The stock count comes down

On every connected channel at once, not just the one that sold it. That step is the one sellers underestimate, and it has its own section below.

One pool of stock

Selling the same product in three places, counted once

If you list a product on Shopify, eBay and TikTok Shop, you do not have three lots of stock. You have one, and three shopfronts taking from it. The integration's real job is to keep all three honest about how much is left.

Every unit is barcode-scanned in when it arrives and out when it ships, so the count moves by itself rather than being remembered, and that count syncs back to every connected channel. Sell the last one on eBay and Shopify knows. That is what stops you overselling, which is the failure that costs you a cancellation, a refund and usually a review, in that order. Where a count can still drift, and what each marketplace does about an oversold order, is in who owns the stock count when a 3PL holds your stock.

On the platform you are on. The connection is the same whether your Shopify store is on a starter plan or a larger one, because it runs through our order management system rather than through a plugin tied to one tier. If you are on a custom checkout, run more than one storefront, or sell on a channel not shown above, tell us and we will confirm it on your quote rather than after you have signed.

The platform behind it

Enterprise-grade fulfilment tech, without the enterprise bill

Your stock, orders and dispatch run on a purpose-built third-party logistics platform: the same class of system the big 3PLs use, sized and priced for growing sellers. You get the visibility; we handle the complexity.

Your client portal

Log in any time to see your deliveries and what we booked in against them, your invoices and running statement, your documents and your carrier labels. Questions go in the portal rather than into a mail thread nobody can find later.

Real-time stock control

Every unit is barcode-scanned in and out. Your stock counts stay accurate and sync back to all your sales channels, so you don't oversell.

Automatic order tracking

The moment a parcel ships, your customer gets tracking, with no manual updates and far fewer “where's my order?” messages for you.

170+ integrations

Sales channels, couriers and accounting systems all feed one system, so your orders, shipping and numbers stay in one place.

Itemised per-order billing

Every pick, storage day and return is logged and billed transparently against our published fulfilment pricing, so you see exactly what you're paying for.

Barcode-driven accuracy

Directed, scan-verified picking keeps the right product in the right parcel: the accuracy the big players advertise, on your account.

Questions sellers ask about connecting a store

Integrations, answered straight

What happens if I sell the same product on more than one channel?

You hold one pool of stock, not one per channel. Every unit is barcode-scanned in and out, and the count syncs back to every connected channel, so selling the last one on eBay takes it off Shopify too. That is the part that stops you overselling.

Can you connect a platform that is not shown on this page?

Almost certainly. The six logos are the common ones; our order management system connects to more than 160 further channels, and WooCommerce, Magento and Wix all connect the same way. Tell us where you sell and we will confirm it on your quote rather than after you have signed.

Do the integrations cost anything once they are set up?

No. Connecting your channels is a single £150 charge however many you connect, and there is no monthly charge for keeping them running afterwards.

Where does my customer's tracking come from?

It syncs back to the channel the order was placed on, so your customer is notified automatically as soon as the parcel ships. You do not paste tracking numbers anywhere, and you do not field the where-is-my-order messages that come from nobody being told.

Do orders from different channels get picked together?

Yes. They arrive in one place, they come off one pool of stock, they share the same 2pm cut-off and they are charged on the same published rate card. A marketplace order and a website order are the same job to us.

Tell us where you sell

We'll confirm every integration you need on your quote and set them all up for you during onboarding. Integration setup is a single £150 charge however many channels you connect, and there is no monthly charge for keeping them running.
